Right now, our human story is calling for balance. To be extreme on an issue that we face, and we face many issues, is a problem. How do we work on our balance?

I have a game for you that I find helps me when I am faced with an issue of balance in perspective. I work on my physical balance. When is an issue with how I perceive something, I also seem to have a physical balance issue. I find if I can get my physical balance back under control, my perceive perspective will also balance out.

The book, “You can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay, helped me work on this game of how what is happening is the physical is also happening in the metaphysical. Work on the physical and metaphysical at the same time to help you live a better life.

We all could do some balancing of our views. Stand on one leg for a while and see what happens.
